The Right Turn: Terms & Conditions

Programs Covered: The Right Turn Course and The Right Turn Intensive (collectively, the “Programs”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of The Right Turn Programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or participate.
2. Enrollment & Access
Self-Paced Course:
You’ll receive immediate access to the online course content via our Kajabi platform after completing your purchase. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else.
Right Turn Intensive:
Enrollment in the Intensive includes limited coaching sessions, live group components, and/or personalized feedback as described at checkout. All live sessions are scheduled in advance and must be attended within the designated program period. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these Terms are violated or if disruptive behavior occurs during group sessions or in the course community.
3. Payment & No Refund Policy
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and selected at checkout. You agree to complete all payments under your chosen plan, even if you decide not to continue participating.
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
Please review the program details carefully before enrolling and make sure it’s the right fit for you.
If your payment plan fails or is not completed, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Program and associated materials.
4. Intellectual Property
All Program materials—including videos, text, worksheets, frameworks, and downloadable files—are owned by Kinara Solutions LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may use these materials solely for your own personal education. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the Programs without our prior written consent.
5. Personal Responsibility
The Programs are designed for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about your outcomes, earnings, or success. Your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and implementation of what you learn.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your progress, and you release Kinara Solutions LLC and its team from any claims related to your participation or results.
6. Community & Conduct
If your Program includes group calls, discussions, or community spaces, you agree to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ personal information.
We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or unprofessional behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community or Program, without refund, for violating these guidelines.
7. Scheduling & Access Duration
Course: You will retain access to the online course materials for as long as the course is available on Kajabi.
Intensive: Access to live sessions and personalized elements is limited to the stated program duration. Course content included in your Intensive package will remain available per your access tier.
We may modify, update, or retire content periodically to improve the Program experience.
8. Technical Access
We make every effort to ensure continuous access to the Kajabi platform and live sessions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from technical issues. We are not liable for temporary outages or interruptions beyond our control.
9. Modifications to the Program or Terms
We may update Program content, schedules, or these Terms at any time to reflect improvements or changes. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinara Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Programs.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
