I came to the US from India for college. I went on to build my career in risk and compliance at Stripe, Plaid, Gusto, and Mercury - leading global teams, proving myself at every turn.

When I became a mom, everything changed. After fertility struggles and one of the hardest pregnancies imaginable, I knew I couldn't keep building someone else's dream. So I walked away.
